Do you want Glowing Skin? Drink this...

If you are looking to achieve healthy glowing skin, then you need to try this smoothie!


This smoothie is hydrating and packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, collagen, fibre and greens that can provide your skin an overall glow.


Recipe:


Glowing Green Smoothie


In a blender add:


  • 1/2 cup filtered water (may need to add more depending on blender or depends on thickness you would like)

  • juice from 1/2 a lemon

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 4 pieces of frozen green banana (slice and pre freeze)

  • 4-6 drops liquid stevia

  • 1 scoop collagen (I used Vital Proteins - Marine Collagen)

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 2 hand fulls romaine lettuce

Blend and enjoy!
